QICAOGANGMU Growth OS Privacy

This Privacy Policy explains how QICAOGANGMU Growth OS accesses, uses, stores and protects information obtained through Google APIs.

QICAOGANGMU Growth OS is an internal analytics and content-planning system operated by RnC Global Pte. Ltd. for the QICAOGANGMU website.

Information we access

Subject to the permissions granted to the application, QICAOGANGMU Growth OS may access the following types of information:

Google Search Console

  • Search queries

  • Landing-page URLs

  • Search impressions

  • Search clicks

  • Click-through rates

  • Average search positions

  • Reporting dates, countries and device categories

Google Analytics

  • Aggregated website traffic and engagement information

  • Traffic channels and sources

  • Landing-page performance

  • Sessions, events and conversion measurements

  • Geographic and device-level reporting

The system is designed to use aggregated analytics information rather than personally identifying individual website visitors.

Google Ads

  • Authorized Google Ads account identifiers and account settings required to make API requests

  • Keyword ideas

  • Historical keyword search-volume estimates

  • Monthly search-volume trends

  • Paid-advertising competition levels and indices

  • Estimated low-range and high-range bid information

  • Read-only campaign or account reporting where enabled

QICAOGANGMU Growth OS does not use Google Ads API access to automatically create, launch, edit or delete advertising campaigns.

Authentication and technical information

The system may store authentication credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, request identifiers, synchronization timestamps and technical logs required to maintain secure and reliable API connections.

We do not request Google Account passwords.

How we use Google data

Google API data is used only to provide and improve the internal functions of QICAOGANGMU Growth OS, including:

  • Measuring website and content performance

  • Identifying potential new content topics

  • Finding existing articles that may require improvement

  • Comparing keyword demand with current search performance

  • Detecting content overlap and search-intent gaps

  • Monitoring published content over defined reporting periods

  • Diagnosing data-quality and synchronization problems

  • Producing internal reports and recommendations

Google data is not used to determine creditworthiness, make lending decisions or build profiles for sale.

Automated analysis and human review

QICAOGANGMU Growth OS may use automated processing to organize data, detect patterns and prepare internal recommendations.

Material actions remain subject to human review. The system does not independently publish website content, change Shopify product information or commit advertising expenditure.

Where an infrastructure, software or processing provider is used to operate the system, it may process limited information only as necessary to provide services to RnC Global Pte. Ltd. Such access does not authorize the provider to sell the data or use it for its own advertising purposes.

How information is shared

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not share Google user data with data brokers, advertising-data resellers or unrelated third parties.

Information may be disclosed only:

  • To authorized personnel who need it to operate QICAOGANGMU Growth OS

  • To service providers acting on behalf of RnC Global Pte. Ltd. to host, secure, maintain or process the system

  • When required to comply with applicable law, regulation or a lawful government request

  • To investigate security incidents, fraud or misuse of the system

  • As part of a corporate restructuring, merger or acquisition, subject to applicable legal and privacy requirements

Data storage and security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems used by RnC Global Pte. Ltd. and its service providers.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access is limited to people and systems that require it for the purposes described in this policy.

No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data retention and deletion

Google API data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide internal analytics, maintain historical comparisons, comply with legal obligations and protect the security and integrity of the system.

When Google access is revoked, QICAOGANGMU Growth OS will stop collecting new data from that authorization. Previously collected information may remain in internal reporting records, system logs or backups until it is deleted through the applicable retention process, unless longer retention is required by law.

Requests concerning deletion of Google API data may be sent to weibin.wong@rnc.sg. Because QICAOGANGMU Growth OS is an internal business tool, such requests will be verified and handled by an authorized administrator.

Managing or revoking access

Access to Google Account data can be reviewed or revoked through the Google Account security settings:

Revoking access prevents future API access under that authorization. It does not automatically remove information that was lawfully collected before revocation.

Google API Services User Data Policy

QICAOGANGMU Growth OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the system, applicable law or Google API requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
